To what extent do Jehovah’s Witnesses agree on doctrinal beliefs?

Jehovah’s Witnesses agree on essential teachings about the nature of God and humankind’s hope for the future. Jehovah’s Witnesses have near-unanimous agreement (98–100%) on core doctrinal teachings, such as those related to suffering, political neutrality, resurrection, and God’s Kingdom. These include the following beliefs:

  • Mankind is living in the “last days.”
  • God will resurrect both righteous and unrighteous people.
  • Christians are not to be involved in political affairs.
  • God’s Kingdom government will end all human problems on earth.
